Rockette Training
Getting in and out of the chicken run takes a bit of flexibility.
I have to peel back the outer fence and swing my first leg over the second fence in a Rockette type move then maneuver around and pull up my second leg grabbing it with my arm and squeezing it to my chest to clear the top.
Tight jeans and shoes or boots with a heel are not conducive to this type of movement. Hooking a heel could produce dire consequences.
I can’t wait until I have an actual gate.
This spring I’ll enlarge their run by double.
